There are a few different race mods for FO:NV, some aim for realism while others.

Once you've got those installed you need to open this mod's esp up in the geck go to character click on race, select the jill race you want to use then go to the body tab and click texture edit buttons for the body and hands and redirect them to use your newly installed textures, once finished save the esp and exit the geck.
